Why hire designer bags?

With fashion changing so quickly what’s ‘in today’ may be ‘out’ tomorrow so that expensive designer bag you bought will be gathering dust on the shelf and therefore much more cost effective to rent a designer bag of your choice for a fraction of the cost for all your special events and occasions.

Why do bags have a weekly rental? 

Postage costs are expensive therefore it is more cost effective to rent a bag for at least 5 days.  

How long do bags take to arrive?

All bags are delivered to you by Royal Mail first class signed for or hand delivered by one of the team at iBagzy.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is £18.00 round trip and this covers the cost of insurance when the bags are in transit only.  If you are in the Belfast locale we may be able to hand deliver your bag free of charge.  

Are the bags insured once they leave iBagzy?

The bags are fully insured in transit until they reach you, however once you have signed for the bag you are responsible, but don't worry as most people are covered under their household insurance policy so it's just a matter of giving them a quick call so as you are insured while the bag is in your possession, but we would really encourage you to check this out beforehand or arrange alternative insurance.

What happens if a bag I borrowed gets damaged or lost?

Lost handbags – if the handbag has been lost or stolen you will be charged a replacement fee which will vary on the item in question - please see the product details for replacement costs.

Dirty or damaged bags – With regard to dirty or damaged bags once we have received the bag back at iBagzy we will assess the damage. When making our assessment we will consider whether the bag can be repaired, cleaned or not and you will be notified accordingly. This may result in us sending the bag away to be mended or replacing the bag completely and you will be notified of the charge to you should this apply - please see our 'Terms and Conditions'. 

What happens if I want to keep the bag?

If you want to keep any of the bags you have rented from us simply email us at ibagzy@gmail.com or and we will let you know if your particular bag is available for sale and, if so, we will quote you a price for the bag. The price will vary from bag to bag and will take into account its age and condition and its general availability. Unfortunately certain bags are not available to buy due to their exclusivity and rarity.

What is Waitlist?

If a bag has been Waitlisted this means that it is currently not available. Please email us to ibagzy@gmail.com with your requested date and we will advise you accordingly.

 

How is my personal data stored?

Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at www.ibagzy.com? 

Our site is as secure as we can make it and all payments are made through Paypal. All payment transactions on our website are processed using a secure online payment gateway which encrypts card details in a secure host environment. We do not hold your credit care details on our website. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology on our website. This encrypts the data you send to use over the internet. To ensure you process orders securely you need to have SSL switched on in your browser.

All the payment details given are directly with the third party and we hold none of this information.
